more horn issues

Default more horn issues

if the horn pads go bad will the horn still work with the alarm or is the whole system down

The alarm system can't easily be killed off, it will do everything to achieve the design goal of rendering the vehicle useless and requiring towing to dealership.

ah i should have been more clear with my question what i want to know is if the horn pads go bad will the horn still sound with the alarm or are they completely quiet as the horn pads only work with the key on thank you for replying

The horn should only sound when the alarm is engaged if a door or the hood is open.
