Mystery Drip
I am stumped. I sealed my sunroofs and still get water in on the high part which drips out of my sun visor area on the driver side. I have sealed around the trim on the glass, the bolts holding the glass and even the alpine windows thinking that was it. The drip is too high up to be the corner gutter trim or the windshield. About all that is left is the roof rails but the rubber seals look good. After a steady morning rain I get about a cup of water on my lap. Any ideas?

Photo of the location? How did you seal the sunroofs?

You may need to completely remove the headliner and drive it for a while until you figure out where the leak is.

Zuke did you check this area, there were actual pine needles in there on mine

Yeah. I think I might pull the liner and get the hose out. I sealed the glass with black sealant in a caulking tube. The good stuff used for sealing gutters.

It's kinda besides the point now, but that isn't sealant you would want to use. You would want to use a good quality Urethane like for windshields and clean and prep it well. The caulking you got might be okay long term

I put some photos in a thread a week or so ago on this topic - search leak and see what you find.

Have you removed the rear sunroof entirely and resealed where the frame meets the roof? The factory seal under the frame deteriorates. I had the same problem you speak of and doing this fixed it for me. You of course must remove the headliner to do so which isn’t that bad of a job.
