Navigation GPS guide

Hey everyone...
Does anyone know where to find a navigation user guide for a 2004 discovery II?
I just bought it, it's been years since I owned my 1999 range rover and I'm happy im back in the rover world with this Disco but having a difficult time using the navigation..
And thank you for your help
