Ok, now I understand what you have. The previous owner removed the thermostat, did not put an inline thermostat in its place. The bleeder is not necessary but you can keep it if you like. I do have a complete inline kit that can replace your existing setup. It goes inline in the top hose setup where the blue bleeder is. I have complete installation instructions I can email you if you are interested.
