New front bumper or Lift

get your lift first... the added weight on your older suspension will not make for fun driving. As for the make of the components .. well here you have 2 main choices from an economical point. Old Man Emu or Terra Firma. I run OME heavy duty up front medium duty in the rear with their nitro sport shock and steering dampner. I love them and the ride, etc. others will tell you to go Terra firma I have no knowledge of them. Some say they are really good, some have said they are not so good. I would figure out what type of driving you are going to be doing with this vehicle first and then try to figure out either here on the forum or by calling Justin at lucky 8 or giving a call out to Brit parts in Utah or even Bill at great Basin Rovers. all will have slightly different opinions but all have a wealth of information and are willing to help you set you truck up the way you tell them you wan to run it. Good luck keep us posted. Also have you done Mikes major service, including the front prop shaft.

It may just be a typo, but it should be noted that there's a significant difference between a wench and a winch. If I had to make a choice, I'd go with a wench and leave the winch and lift for another day.
That being said, I agree with Jeffh that it makes sense to go with the lift first. A winch will require a stiffer front end, so you may as well start there.
