Default Odd and very specific misfire

Ever since I went off-road and deep-water wading the other day I've had a slew of problems. First the crank sensor went bad so I replaced that. Then the MAF began acting up so I replaced that. Now I seem to be having an odd misfire that occurs under very certain conditions.

Whenever I first start the car up cold, it runs perfectly fine. But if I go back to drive it within the next few hours, a few seconds after starting up (10-30 seconds), it begins misfiring for approximately 3-5 seconds. After that it runs normal again. No specific codes are pulled other than various misfire codes for the cylinders. It never lasts very long and always seems to happen when I first start the engine up. It is very intermittent, only happening 2 times a week or so. The engine just stumbles badly for a few seconds then gets right back going.

Any ideas of where to begin looking? Maybe an issue with fuel pressure when starting up? Or something that could be related to getting water in the engine bay?

Could be a coil pack. Or just the wires giving up the ghost. When you read the codes is it a specific cylinder that is always misfiring?

I've noticed that it is all odd number cylinders, so would that mean one of the individual coil packs? Fuel pressure would affect both banks evenly correct?

I've replaced wires and plugs in the last 6 months.

Coil packs have 2 each, odd and even plugs, so if you're getting odd only misfires its more likely an O2 sensor than a pack unless half of each coil pack broke.

That being said, just because it is odd only now could just mean your evens haven't come up yet.

What cylinders do the codes come up for?
All 8 or only 2 or what?
