I think your Napa counter person lacks mojo. You can definitely get a shraeder valve replacement. It may not necessarily say it is for fuel, may have to get one say for an A/C condenser. You obviously can't use a tire shraeder valve due to the solvent.

Already tried the A/C condenser route. The schrader valve core for the a/c condenser and the fuel rail are two different sizes.

I'm bettin' if it's neoprene, it'd be good.

The trouble is, can you be sure?
