I have a 10 year old set of OME shocks, and yes, they are showing their age and should be for what I have put it through.
Money permitting, I will install another set.
By the way, they have a 3 year warranty, you missed out on that one.

Hello Big Jim,
I have a Disco 2 V8 2004 with SLS, ACE, 5 seats, no aditional equipment and standard suspension, and I want to put OME shocks 60024/60026 but keeping the standard height. I want this change because with the Land Rover shocks the car have a lot of lateral movement, specially on the rear. Recently I replace both air springs and front and rear heights are on specification.
According your exprience since all this time, Is there any inconvenience to use this OME shocks (60024/60026) with standard heigh? As I understand, the OME shocks compressed are 8 mm longher than the factory Land Rover but I don't know if this could be a problem
