Overactive Traction Control After New Hubs and Brakes.

Hi guys the same weekend that I replaced all four pads, rotors, and added SS lines, I also replaced the two front hubs due to noise and vibration. After the work was done, I now have the issue of the traction control activating every time I go over a decent bump when under throttle. It seems like it doesn't kick on until the rear tires go over the bump, so I'm not sure if I can blame the new front hubs and sensors. I'm not sure how to test what the issue is either. the only thing I can think of is to drive with someone who has a scanner (unsure what brands) that can watch all four speed sensor readings. I've also had ABS kick on when exiting a ramp and coming to more abrupt stop, but not any conditions that would have normally caused the ABS to engage (really startled me). Any advise on what to consider is greatly appreciated.

In my case, at some point there was a large piece of rust lodged between the left rear hub and the disk shield right in front of the sensor and it caused lots of ABS codes when I hit large potholes. A good inspection and cleaning of all wheel hubs god rid of the codes. Later, brake squeal began causing some more codes as well.
