Owners Manuals

My new 2000 Discovery does not have a owners manual. there seems to be many to choose from on amazon, and E-Bay.Prices range from $34.00 to nearly $200.00. what gives here. Are they different manuals available or what? They all seem to have leather cases. Do some offer more features, or what? thanks guys.

i dont know about owners manuals but i know the rave manuals are good to have http://www.green-oval.com/joomla/ind...&Itemid=29 go there and download the applicable file for your vehicle then burn the information on a cd... if you dont put it on a cd you cant view it... dont know why its like that...

You can burn it on a cd or mount it into a virtual drive with software like alcohol or daemon tools. The rave cd is in fact the shop manual and is really helpful if you intend to do maintenace work yourself.

It would also be good for you to have an owner's manual. If the one you are looking at is for your year and model... I would go for the cheapest. I don't think there is difference between the ones at 34.00$ and 200.00$, so I would go for the cheapest, IF it matches the model/year you own.

If you want specifiaclly the complete leather bond owners manual, yes the prices do vary based on who is selling them.
