P0132 & P0150 Too much mudding?

I think I have had these O2 codes before and coincidentally right after doing some serious mudding. Would these codes come up by getting the connectors on the O2 sensors wet/muddy possibly. I think last time they went away after a few days. Just curious?

No that shouldnt make them come on, but you never know with these things.

P0132 is volts from O2 sensor too high, out of normal range, above 1.081 volts.
P0150 is short circuit on the other side, volts below 0.0399 volts. Would try cleaning out connectors and add some dielectric grease to keep water out.

I took a trip up to South Lake Tahoe. Traffic was miserable, 4 hour wait. During the wait and while idling, I got the O2 code. After traffic started back up and we drove about 5 miles, it went away, and I've never seen it since.
