does this mean i need to get a new MAF?

I have a LR 00 Disco II with 87k miles

a few months ago i was only getting p0734 (gear 4 ratio incorrect) but now i am getting all 3 together. btw i do not have a KN airfilter, i have a regular Fram air filter

where is the cheapest place i can buy a new MAF and is it easy to replace by myself?

Yes, you need a MAF, and the cheapest place to order it is thru Tony at Cerrone's at 650-365-4145.
