Default P0300 misfires.... questions?

So my 2002 Disco II (roughly 140,000 miles), who always has her SES and "three amigos" lights on, started blinking her SES light randomly. At first, I noticed no changes in handling or engine performance, but over the course of the last week, I've been able to "predict" off of how the pedal feels, when the light will blink. Hooked her up and got the following codes:
P0305 (cylinder #5 misfire)
P1950 (ABS code?)
P1300 (general misfire)
P0301 (cylinder #1 misfire)
and a second P0305 code.

I believe one issue is I will need new O2 sensors (but not on the top of my list), but the engine misfires concern me. She just had new spark plugs put in last July, but since then we had an antifreeze hose burst. I thought I had gotten that all cleaned up but could residue antifreeze be causing the misfires? Should I just replace the spark plugs again? Or could this be a coil pack replacement?

As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated. I'm a newbie (still) so please use small words and pretend I'm in kindergarten.

doubtful that the antifreeze fouled your plugs from the outside. (from within would be a different story)
did you change the wires, as well as plugs? this could be your issue.
I think you mixed up your numbers on the abs. 1590, not 1950, is a generic abs code. pretty much telling you that you need to get a code reader that is abs capable.
