I've come to the conclusion, themisfireis caused by the passenger side front O2 sensor, from the codes. She won't start. I replaced plugs and wiresthis summer, but I think I've fouled the plugs already cause she was running to rich. I'm gona replace the plugs and replace the O2 sensor. Any other suggestions?

Hate to tell you, but you need to replace all 4 while you are at it. Especially if they have never been done...They wear out around 90K. The plus side is that you will get better mileage...
What type of wires did you go with?
Oh, and you need to make sure you get the right one's for your truck's emissions famile. In 97, they changed to AEL, so you need to figure out what you have and what you need...Here's what to look for:
If your Discovery I was built in October 1996 or later, it has a specific 'Evaporative Emissions Family'; that will help you determine key fuel system replacement parts like oxygen sensors, fuel pump, fuel filler cap, fuel tank and filler pipe assembly, charcoal canister and more. To identify your 'Evap. Family', check your vehicle information label under the hood on the vertical face of the hood latch panel.

All four O2 sensors replaced.I had to have a pro use a heat torch to get the old ones out.Shes running good with no misfires or sputtering. My wallet's a little lighter but happy with the results! Thanks for the advice okdiscoguy.
However, the check engine light came on a day later with codes showing faulty O2 sensors bank1 and bank2. How do I reset the computer/get rid of that dang check engine light?
