Probably a bit anal, but is this ok/normal? (video)

So, over the past 1k miles I've replaced my water pump, belt tensioner, both idler pulleys, and a new serpentine belt. The fan clutch remained because it seems ok (spins about 1/4 turn when warmed up). My belt however has a wobble to it like it is a bit off track. I've tried to fix it by releasing tension and moving it, but I can't seem to find the right spot. All the ribs are lined and it runs fine without noises. I just don't want to prematurely wear out any of the parts I just replaced. Here's a video I took of what I'm talking about. What do you guys think, is this normal? Thanks

I would say it is with normal operating range.
