One of my mechanics let me use his nifty stethescope thing to listen to two of my pulleys that were making noises. It turns out my tensiner pulley and the idler pulley right under it and alternator are making some noise and should be replaced. I saw a post on here where Discomike suggested replacing the tensiner pulley and BOTH idler pulleys all at the same time. So... i got onto Atlantic British's website and found the tensioner pulley assembly (ERR6439) and two idler pulleys (70mm: PQR500060G and 80mm: PQR101150KG). Can someone tell me which idler pulley is which? Is the idler pulley under the alternator the 70mm or the 80mm one and which is the one under the A/C compressor? Thanks.

You need one of each and can match them up as you change them out.

I am in the same spot, but cant really afford both right now. Does anyone know if idler pulley under the alternator is 70mm or 80mm.

Take a tape measure and measure the pulley that you need to replace and then convert that to mm.
Thats the best i can do.
70mm is 2.75 in
80mm is 3.14
Now the hard part is I do not know if it is 70mm around the pulley or 70mm across.

You can do both if you pull them and just replace the bearings which you can get at NAPA. Probably <$30 total.
Tensioner pulling bearing is for the D1, which I think is the same size, is 6203-2RSJ. But it would be best to pull them and double check. The numbers will be on the bearing outer races.
