random parts needed
 

My 99 Dicso II needs some random aesthetic parts. The right rear fender trim has fallen off, the piece attached to the body, not the door. Also, the window button plate has broken in a couple of places and will no longer attach to the console. I have found the switch plate cover online, but not the plate that attaches to the console. I have heated seats so I would need one that will fit those. Also, the boot for the e-brake and the 4x4 mode shifter. Anywhere I can order these online?
