Rear Passenger lock not working
 

Rear Passenger door will not unlock with the FOB or the Lock/Unlock switch in the dash. If I pull the lock up, and open the handle, the door will unlock and open. It will lock once you exit the vehicle and hit the FOB. Is the actuator shot and needing replaced?

Yes you need a new actuator.
