Rear sunroof moving real slow
 

My 1995 disco rear sunroof is running real slow, sometimes stops altogether, have to pull it a little to help it along to close, also the rear switch is not working at all, any ideas? Thanks

at a minimum take many many q-tips and clean the tracks...then use q-tips to add lithium grease to the rails to reduce friction.
