Rear view mirror compass
 

I had to disconnect battery due to engine work. After reconnecting battery , the compass now only shows C.

Any advice.

The owners manual should show how to set it for your region. After that, you'll need to drive it for a while. Maybe in circles.

It needs to be re-calibrated, thats what the "C" means. You have to drive in a tight circle 2 or 3 times.
You will also need to re-set your HVAC to Fahrenheit too if you are in the US.
