Example: Im slowly turning the wheel to the right and as im turning it, ... turn..... RUB......turn....... RUB.... and it ONLY happens when i turn to the right... any ideas,

What year Disco, what size tire, how many miles on it and is it lifted, all these things matter.

Go jump under your truck with wheels at full turn and see if you can see where they are or would possibly make contact with anything in the wheel well.

So, as already mentioned, crawl under your truck and look at the front radius arms for tire wear.
