Default Rust

Was working around the ac lines and noticed quite a bit of rust on the fenders right under the brake booster area and same spots on passenger side. Pretty pissed as I’m usually on top of rust spraying and protecting metal
I put a costing of spray and will figure out what to do next.
I wouid check those areas in your rigs before it gets worse

What do you prefer to use for rust protection? I have several areas I need to touch up soon on my truck. The fender area you mentioned is okay, but there are other rusty areas nearby.

mine are bad like I can put a hole with my finger. I use this stuff I buy here in Canada at $6 a can on sale. It’s pretty good and sticky

I like 3M Rust Avenger, it converts the rust, as opposed to covering it.

I use LPS3, it's a bit like Waxoyl.
