Default Safety Devices

Are the Safety Devices roof racks no longer being made for the DII?

They have not made then in years. If you like that style check out rover racks or start browsing craigslist for a used SD

Thank you Ed. I'll do that. I guess I'll start looking for alternative manufacturers too.

They went out of business.
I had one, but I traded it for a DI SD rack.
They are out there.

I like those racks, the wind deflector is a nice touch.

To set the records straight, Saftey Device is in business, never went out of business, just quit making rack and shipping to the US. About a year ago, they added the rack back to their production line and found a new agent in the US to sell them along with roll cages and a few other devices.
That being said, they are more expensive then ever, selling for around $1700.

Their website only lists racks for the Defender so I thought they no longer made them for the Disco. Thanks.
