Scotch Brite Question

This is all my local hardware store had... Is this the same thing as Type A scotch brite red?

The "Grit" rating is comparable. I have never used a scratch pad that was truly comparable to the 3M brand. I would love to hear these work as well, but if it were me I would expect them to last about half as long.
