Default Seat belts soaking me

Lol okay just had a good rainfall and went for a drive and the seatbelts started pissing on me. What gives

sun roof drains are probably blocked or the tube has come off, common problem

So I have to drop the whole upper interior to get to them or is there an easier way.

Yup, well that's what I did at least. But I had the headliner removed to fix a sagging headliner anyways. I found the best option is just to not put my seatbelt on until I make my first stop or go downhill.
