I wanted to start a thread of lift measurements for various suspensions and variables. If you do not have a photo, please note the extra weight you may have(sliders, bumpers, rack) and please note what suspension set up you're running. I think this will give people an idea of what kind of lift they're interested in.

I didn't take this picture special for this post, and my measurements are from a few months ago, because I don't have the disco with me at work, but I'm at 21.5 in the front and 22 in the back, the last time I measured, if I did it accurately. My tires are 255/85R16, if you need that info for comparing wheel well gap in another photo.

That is totally fine, the photo I took is not where I measured it. I measured it on the shop completely level floor. Thanks, but what is your suspension setup?

I've got what lucky 8 lists as the 3" terrafirma prosport, which I believe you helped me figure out is actually a 2" HD, by the part numbers.

Riggght, same as me. TF052 and TF027.

Great thread idea as I'm thinking of new springs and it's hard to know just how much lifet the various OME, Terrafirma, and others provide.

I'll be watching for more to come.

There should be more... Jafir and I aren't the only ones with lifts haha

Great thread.
I have a used (had 50k miles when I got it) 2" OME HD lift.
265/65/r18 BFG A/Ts with about 50% thread
ARB and 9k lb. winch on front
SD rack
Normally run an Engil fridge in the rear, but it was out when the measurements were taken (i'm building a platform and drawer for the rear)
Full tank of fuel.

I think I got most of the mud off the bottom from the last two weeks, so the measurements are probably accurate.

The odd part is the front looks so much lower... i was thinking of putting 1" spacers in there...

I think it's also good for people to know the stock measurements:

Front: 19.7" +/- .6"
Rear: 19.0"+/-.6" with coil suspension
18.6" +/- .6" with air suspension

Interesting.. Based on my measurements (20"f, 20"r)... i would think i'm not getting the "most" out of my lift.

Would it be the shocks or the springs?
