SRS warning light
 
havent drove the rover for about a month but today when i was about to leave i noticed the SRS warning light was on??? but after work on my way home it was gone...then about 3 hours wile out driving it was back on...

what would cause the light to come on...

Start with low voltage, go have your charging system tested, must be between 13.6 and 14.4 volts. If that is OK, then check and clean connections at the front seats.

Probably seat belt pretensioners or rotary coupler. If you move the front seats you can loose a connection under there that will cause it to come on and off too. Mines been on for about two months. My rover mechanic told me it was probably the rotary coupler or something, but not to worry about it. I haven't...

ya i just move the front seats foward the other day so i could put fold the back seats to haul stuff. ill go look under the driver seat tonight. after doing a google search i read a couple other post with the same problem. And ill also check the volage.
