Default Strange issues

So I just bought my 2000 discovery 2 a couple of months ago. I have had my eyes on them for a couple years but couldn't make it work. Anyway I did a bunch of maintenance to the vehicle right after I bought it and thought I had most of the issues addressed, obviously I was incorrect. So I have done a oil change, coolant flush, spark plugs and wires, new set of rear o2 sensors (I used generic ones which I am thinking now maybe part of the issue.) New battery, and a new front driveshaft (mine was original and I like my transmission without a hole in it). I have also cleaned maf sensor and have done cleaning via fuel system cleaner and some carb cleaner through intake. So whats wrong with it, I am having issues especially in the cold with the transmission. It hesitates to go into gear right after started, also intermittently doesn't want to shift into 4th gear ( no grind or jumping etc seems electrical not mechanical, also it will go in sometimes). The only other observation that I can think of is a bit of a gurgling coming from in front of passenger seat area. I'm thinking this is a bit of air in heater core maybe? Also I have a large pool of check engine light codes, they are

734 , 741 , 137 , 135 , 301 , 134 P , 171 P , 305 P

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are low on ATF and you have missfires on the 1,3,5,7 side so that could be coils.

Transmission fluid and filter needed to be replaced.

Okay I was planning on replacing the atf and filter over Christmas, I will plan on doing that.
Is there any way to test the coil to be sure that it's bad?

Coils are cheap for D2’s these days (same coil is found on a Kia) & if you are running the OEM Bosch coils still it’s time to replace them. As a coil pack ages the spark output gets less & less over time & also the spark plug wires are known to get brittle at the boots & cause misfires. Best to do plugs, wires, and coils and be trouble free for a long time IMHO.

Coils are ordered.
Also I know that you theoretically have to remove the top manifold to change coils, is that what you have done or can you do it without. Also I have seen coil relocation kits that bring the coils to front of engine bay. Thoughts?

Okay, I wear a size medium glove, after going out to look at it again though, I think I will just remove it. I have plenty of times when I have to work in a tight space on my other car (the joys of midmount engines) and I'm not a fan if I can avoid. Thanks for all your help guys.

the misfire in 1357 is all bank 1, could be hg, I would bet new coils could clear that however if its not hg.

Misfires all on one side is not coils, each coil has two cyl on each side. However, it is easy to test, swap the coils left to right and see if the codes change side. Easiest to pull the upper intake, I can do the job in less than 30 with power tools. Misfires all on one side does not even sound like blown hg, never seen a blown hg affect more than two cyl. Could be plug wires, but that is a big coincidence also - swap the wires left to right and see what changes. Most likely cause is a bad 02 sensor because nothing else is exclusive to a single side (except rockers arms). Unplug your rear 02's for now, they shouldn't affect anything on the engine tune, just throw codes. Just to test.

Transmission sounds low on fluid - top it up per the Rave manual - BE CAREFUL. Set the parking brake and chock the wheels.

Gurgling is low coolant, the water pump does not generate enough pressure at low rpm to push the air out, and with cap/bleeder screw in it can't push the air out. Take the cap off when cold, let it warm up, then rev the engine to 2000 rpm for a minute to push the air out.
