stuck rear passenger seat

Was in process of removing wiring from last owner that installed. And went to fold rear seat up and it will fold forward but will not unlock to fold all way up. It appears part of rubber mat is jammed in latch. I have tried to remove but just tore off part of mat. Any ideas on unlocking to get seat released. Thanks.

Can you snap a pic of the mat that is stuck in latch?

New on forum didn't see how or didn't see where I can attach pic. Best I can do is describe it is stuck between the lock bar on floor and lock mech on seat on rear driver side door. Tried spraying grease on to and pull out but all I did was tear chunck of rubber from mat. Was sure if was way to unblot seat to get out since seat won't fold up.thanks and how do you post pocs from a phome thanks.

I use photo bucket to post pics, but I'm sure you could use picsa or other photo apps. You just need an HTML code to post em.
There's only 4 bolts holding the rear seats in, 2 for each side. If you can fold them all the down to open the cargo area they will be on the front side of the seat. Take those bolts out and your seats will pull right out.

I had a seat that would not release forward, and if I am not mistaken you can remove 2 torx screws from the seat lock to release it. The screws should be on the side of the seat after lifting the passenger side up. Might be phillips as well.

Was able to find two splined bolts on front side to remove seat. They do require a wrench I don't have but was able to use allen wrench and they did not mess around when tightening those down when installed. I soaked with penatrating oil and will remove tonight. But on positive side I pulled carpet back found cash and also found small amount of suface rust on floor so if it wasn't for stuck seat never would have pulled carpet back to find rust before it grew into a hole and .30 cents richer..so I guess always better to turn negitive into positives.
Thanks
