Default Stumbeling Idle

I have tuned up, replaced and cleaned everything I can think of but even after having my heads redone I still have a little stumble in the idle. It's not enough to throw a code or even feel like a dead miss but it is enough to get on my nerves. Is this just the way this motor is supposed to idle?

Fuel temp sensor? It is also possible you have a bent valve. Happened to a friend of mine with a 2000. They did his head gaskets and missed the valves..

Did you clean your throttle body and Idle control unit? Have you checked all hoses for a leak or blockage, what spark plugs are you using at what gap, how about plug wires, what brand?

I'm pretty sure the valves are good...I had them check the heads good because the head gaskets did not look blown so I thought I may have had a head issue. I am running Bosch 4's with magnecors. It did this before I put the wires and plugs on. I did clean the T-body and IAC plus seafoam. There was a K&N filter in when I bought the truck but I quickly replaced it with a reg filter so I'm not sure if maybe the MAF sensor may be going bad or maybe the IAC? I did find one black hard plastic line on the firewall right beside the brake booster that looks like it could be broke or may be a vent for something, it doesn't feel like its pullin any vacuum.

The truck runs great at any rpm's and pulls great on any incline, its just the little shake in the idle driving me nuts.

Have you done a compression test? I would start with the basic troubleshooting(compression, spark, fuel). That being said I have seen a weak coil do this. Good luck
