Default Suffering from acute sag ***

I have had intermitant rear suspension problems for a while now and am interested in going to coils. I talked to mike about a month ago about lift kits which was my original intention however I bought another Rover instead My question is, what is my best option? OME or aftermarket coil conversion kits? What are the pros and cons of each and is there a better option if I want to lift it later?

If you are going to do a coil conversion, go buy an OME lift kit and 2 new rear spring seats and you will have a nicely balance lift. If you buy some kit and don't have a clue as to who made the coils and their rating.
Are you going to be installing a winch and or bumper, this will also make a difference in what to order.

I do have an arb bumper that I haven't put on yet and am not sure if I am going to try. It is not made for a Rover but measures up pretty close. I would like a winch one day but that won't be for another couple of years if I had to guess. I do most of my driving on road but I would like the thing to be fully capable. BTW: What are your thoughts on moding a bumper to fit my rover? It was made for a land crusier but like I said it measures up and prob only needs some new holes drilled. I got it really cheap so I jumped on it and figured if it was too unsafe or if it didn't work I could sell it for a good chunk more than I paid. Thanks for all the help!

Oh yeah one more question... Is there any way to get rid of the lights after you convert other than taking it to the dealer to reprogram the ecu? Thanks

Two things to do, pull the fuse from the engine compartment and then have someone with the right scanner go into your ECU and shut down the SLS portion.
