Suspension advise

So one of my front shocks is gone blew bearing

now should I go with the 2 inch lift plus the skeleton towers ??

My towers don’t look bad but I heard the Atlantic British skeleton towers are a big improvement. Thoughts ??

Or stick with stock medium duty springs and shocks terrafirm ? Will I regret it later not getting the 2 inch lift

I guess I'm out on left field in the dark.
Shocks don't have bearings.
Not sure what difference a shock tower could make. Can't effect damping or ride.
A lift is a nice improvement in my eyes as these rigs sit very low stock.

I decided to install the terrafirma 2 inch lift kit

suprised to find out they are made in China

Don't feel bad we all make the TF mistake at least once.:)

Just started mounting mine yesterday. Video from lucky8 makes it easy and I am a complete noob!

i got my rear done yesterday
the springs are really hard to get it I had to use spring compressors to get mine in and my axels are dropped all the way. It’s been a real pain

Bottle jack between the axle & frame = coils will go right in (on the rear remove the 13mm nut on each side that secured the ABS/brake line to get more flex). I haven’t used those crazy spring compressors in years.

works like a charm.

Once the rear brake line bracket is loose (you gain more slack) yep you pump the bottle jack a few times & either remove or install your coil spring.
