syncing instrument cluster
 

Hey guys,
My instrument cluster had the ABS, HDC, and TC lights removed from the circuitry, so I just got a new cluster. What is best way to go in replacing it, and getting it synced up to my truck? My indie rover mechanic says it's an hour of labor at $100 an hour. Can a hawkeye sync the cluster? What's the best route?

Old post I know, but the Disco I just got someone popped the LED's out for the 3 amigos and the CEL (why could he just use black electrical tape - or black silicone?). Going to get a replacement but wanted to see if anyone else know what it took to sync the mileage (truck has low miles so don't want to get in to a title issue).
