Default T-Case Oil?

7 Qts. of 80/90W synthetic gear oil, 85W/140 for HD use

For T-Case & Diffs.

But for the tranfer case... is there one (80/90W, 85W/140 or whatever) that will help keeping it from overheating if a guy uses Low Range a lot at low speed. (below 20mph)

Since at low range, the T-Case is not getting a whole lot of air to cool down or disipate heat.

Any thoughts?

Thanx!

Amzoil makes some good oil products also..
Seems Amzoil and Redline are good.

Unless you are hauling a boat or a horse trailer, I bet your t-case at 20 MPH will be OK.

Ok, thanx!

Question is now... Amzoil or Redline, 80/90W or 85W/140?
