Default Tennessee Disco II Support

I am a new Land Rover owner. 2001 Disco II with 92,000. I am performing Mikes servicing this weekend along with replacing the MAF, plugs and wires, and O2 sensors. I have the CEL for 0171, 0174, 1171, 1174, 0733, 0734, and 1590. I am looking for a recommendation for help in the Nashville area with knowledge of Rovers (other than the dealer). Can anyone recommed an ABS reader? The Amigos will be handled next weekend.

The head gaskets are fine as far as I can tell. The coolant level has not changed. I will continue to monitor. Should I consider a HG replacement as preventative maintenance?

take the VIN and call a dealership and get the service history. They might have been done already at a dealer or an indie shop. Tackle the maintenance list, get the codes cleared and then if the CEL comes back on get the codes read and come back with what codes are left.

don't do the head gaskets as preventative. wait till they are a problem.

have you checked out the front driveshaft? check to see if it has been rebuilt with greasable U-joints. If not that should be a priority. read this https://landroverforums.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=29302

In Hendersonville - http://autosmithtn.com - Took my DI there once, they were alright.

In Franklin - http://edsbritish4x4.com/

There used to be an independent Rover shop on Myatt drive close to Rivergate Mall that I took my DI to, but I can't find it with a Google search, and don't remember the name of the place.
