Transfer case rear output shaft bearing

I need to replace my rear output shaft bearing. Ive downloaded RAVE, but it has never worked on my Mac. I've been using the D2 Workshop Manual instead. It doesn't give me the procedure for replacing this bearing. Can anyone give me a quick tutorial? Thank you.

i think the "d2 workshop manual" is just a sub-pdf of the rave that comes up when you pick the d2 part of the rave menu, so you're probably not missing anything document-wise.

What kind of phone do you have?

iPhone 7+. I found a YouTube video that helped. They had the transfer case out and on a bench. I’m hoping to replace the bearing without having to remover the t-case. I changed the output flange and oil seal this afternoon and was able to inspect the bearing.

It's definitely in there.. look in the overhaul section under differential. You have to take off the whole rear housing, and I'm pretty sure, can't remember the process exactly, you might need to take out the front output housing, center diff, high-low fork, etc as well. I can't remember

The YouTube video removes the output flange and oil seal, then removed the circlip that retains the shaft and then used a slide hammer to pull the shaft. Removed the old bearing and pressed on the new bearing and reassembled. It looked like a couple of hours work under the car. I’ve been as far as the oil seal today. I hate working under the car, but it doesn’t look that much harder to replace the bearing after you get as far as the oil seal.

@Colorado David ... Do you have a link to the YouTube video so it can help others?

Put the rave on your phone and download an app that will open it. I have android which is basically a Mini computer and that's what I do.
