Here is where I ended up.
After connecting the O2 sensor connector back in place, p0135 and p0155 disappeared which those codes are related to the bank 1 sensor and are back online. I am assuming that the O2 sensor is working. The p134 description says (O2 sensor circuit no activity detected (bank 1, sensor 1) and the circuit is open. They all go together in one orange connector.
I am thinking that the sensor is ok but one connector is not getting information back to where ever the obd scanner is trying to locate. Meaning its just a bad connector. Is that possibly correct?
Also, if not only the connector is bad, but the wires coming somewhere from the engine, is that replaceable? I cant find in RAVE where the wires are coming from or it can be reached. Or, there is another connector hidden up near the engine.

My first move when I have any connector issue with any sensor is a power cleaning with CRC electric contact cleaner, and then a light shot of lithium grease. Then put it back together.
Its not a 100% effective system, but it works often enough to justify the cost. You'd be amazed how sensitive those silly little connector clips are to some grit in them.
Barring that, a soldering iron and some heat shrink makes any connection rock solid.
