valve covers and PCV system - drivers side?

I picked up a 2000 disco 2 and refurbing. I am working on the valve covers, doing the "best 4x4 mod" for the PCV system. As you can see in my pics... there is no valve in the "passenger" side. However... there is a valve in the "driver" side. Is this valve supposed to be there and what is it? I have no idea what the prior owner did to this truck. However...from my reading and understanding the removal of the "oil separator" is from the "passenger" side - which is already removed. Appears the passenger side cover is all set, do I need remove this other valve on the driver valve cover or leave it? Any info is helpful, have new gaskets and looking to put the valve covers back on soon.

thanks

On an NAS truck the oil fill is on the passenger side valve cover. The driver side cover is good. The pass cover needs to have that baffle removed. Install that cover back to the passenger side and connect the hose from the newly installed PCV valve to where you removed the baffle.

Okay thank you! I had them mixed up. I took them off a while ago. So that baffle needs to come out and then install my metal valve for the intake manifold. Much appreciated!
