So if you had an engine that was seriously overheated, but the bottom end looked solid, no signs of warpage or excessive wear or damage, and it passed the pressure test in the video (pressurize the block and snoop the sleeves). Would you go ahead and run the block? Or would you jump to resleeving in anticipation of serious damage from overheat stress?

Actually I was thinking of dropping in a running 100k mi 4.0 since I can get a nice wreck complete for cheap. Then take my time and top hat and rebuild my 4.6. That's gets me running for low bucks with tons of spares and time todo my motor right at my leisure.
