Yesterday, the "TC" "ABS" and "Hill descent" warning lights turned on for no reason.... it happened once before but after a while they turned off.... this time they are still on, any ideas of why this happens and solutions....

Year and model of truck, what mileage??????
The trio can come on for many reasons, aftermarket pads and or rotors, cheap ones without any sound deadening material, old dirty brake fluid, too much brake dust on the rotors, overheating the brakes and squeaking brakes are the most common thing. There are times when a wheel sensor will cause this also.

Disco II, 2002 50,000 miles, brajes were replaced at the dealer 4,000 miles ago, I do notice a lot brake dust every time a wash it.... thanks for the fast reply

So what or how were you driving when the lights came on? Were they squeaking, on a rough road maybe hot?
This is probably one of the most common problems Rovers will come up with. The first time the lights came on and then went off, the sensors picked up a quick fault that the ECU rechecked and dismissed. The second time they came on was a more severe fault and the ECU stored a fault code.
The only way to know what is going on whould be to have the dealer or a shop with the proper scanner, to scan for ffaults and then decide what to do. Most likely, you will have a fault for a bad wheel sensor, which may or may not be the actual problem. If the sensor keeps picking up squeaks, heat or harmonic vibrations from the same wheel, the ECU takes it as a sensor failure rather then a secondary problem.
Mine are on right now, it doesn't mean they are not working, just means a fault has been stored and needs attention.

Normal driving...... although I am in Houston and hot right now is an understatement, I got an extended warranty so I'll take it in the next couple of weeks and have it checked...... I will let you now how it goes.

Let me know how it goes, keep any parts if they remove them and also have them write down the fault code numbers.
