Water on floor

I have a '03 Disco II. My front driver's side carpet is soaked with water. I unclogged the heater drain nipples from under the truck and cleaned out the drain tubes and thought that it was fixed but when I drove it again, the floors wet back to being wet. I can't find any leaks around the doors, windshield or windows and I dont have a sunroof. On the interior, right by the drain hose, there is a rubber flap. When I stick my hand under that flap, it is very damp. I am at a loss. Not sure if I need to remove the console or what. Please help!!http://images.landrovernet.com/smilies/frown.gif

Are you sure it is water?
Is it slimy/oily or smell sweet?

Yeah, its definately water. I actually found where the problem is, just not sure how to fix it. When i spray the hose at the front of the drivers door, water is coming in though the weatherstrip by the mirror. The weatherstrip looks ok, no damage or wear. So im not sure how to fix it. Thanks
