What Is The Correct Motive Brake Bleeder Adapter for D2?

After much research and digging around I still can't come up with the correct Motive power bleeder adapter # for the D2 2-tab push and 1/8 turn type reservoir cap. The closest I've seen is using their universal adapter but then a separate part needs to be fabricated to go on top of the adapter to hold it down.

Has anyone actually used a Motive to bleed a D2 WITHOUT modification? If so, which adapter did you use?

From what I gather D1 has a Euro screw type reservoir cap so the Motive adapter that works on D1 isn't likely to work on a D2.

Just keep the fluid level high and bleed the old fashion way, it has worked for years.

Mike you mean gravity bleed? It's definitely an option but it takes a looong time. I need a true one-man solution otherwise. I did consider the one-way check valve bleed tube solution but not being able to watch the tube to see when new fluid comes out is ... well less than ideal.

No one has got a Motive to work on a D2 out of the box without modification?
