Took a weekend trip to "Little Grand Canyon" here in Utah. Both Rovers had zero problems.

I did the Option B Amigos fix yesterday. So far, no more amigos!

Now I just need to install my inline thermostat, and Best 4x4 pcb mod and I’ll have the holy trinity of LR forum mods!

Today I did some lighting and esthetics upgrades as well as serviced my rear step.
Upgraded the interior lighting to LED bulbs. Had a few extra and upgraded the tag lights.
Polished up the ridiculously clouded headlight lenses on Clarkson and Chloe. Greatly upgraded the looks.
Lubricated the seizing hinge on the rear step. Now it works as it should. 😀

Before. Very clouded.

After.

After.

LED interior lighting.

LED tag lights.

Step works now....

installed new Auxbeam LEDs and +6" britpart brake lines into the green disco. Wife is taking it to Moab this weekend, have a few more things on the punch list before it's ready!

these per Best's recommendation. Quick drive around the neighborhood last night and was quite impressed.

well. This may ruffle your feathers but oh well...BAT USED to only accept really rare vehicles. That Disco is not really rare. Also, I've seen threads where BAT turned down other vehicles that were rare.

Now that being said, earlier this year the idiots at BAT listed a 2003 M3 replica and the auction closed at 100k. ****ing ridiculous. It was a replica ffs. So clearly, BAT isn't the seller it used to be.

Thumbs up Parts Adventure!

Hey, all! Thought I'd check in with the Rover world to say everything is running smoothly with the 01' SE7 which now has surpassed 207K miles. I've been on the hunt for a mudflap that fell off (presumably on I-5 a while back) and when I went to the salvage yard, I found the mudflap and more. Took 2 factory cross bars from a D1 which fit on the D2, so now I have 4 cross bars up there. Ripped a mudflap off of a parts truck and now have it reinstalled on my truck.
