Where is this 200 degree water coming from?
 

So my GF is riding shot gun, it starts raining, then she says, "Ouch!" She goes on to say, "there is really really hot water on the floor here. At first I figured it was a little leak and she was just being a baby, pulled over and touched it myself, "OUCH." it's real hot!!! Before I get this thing back on a lift or ramps is this a common problem? The rain water has to be running along the tranny or something, very weird.

The only hot water that can get in the truck would be from a leaking heater core, and you should smell the sweet coolant smell if that is happening. The only other water that can come in is cold from a plugged up A/C system.
If you are leaking coolant, stop driving it till you can get it fixed or you could over heat your engine or crack a head.

Feels like water to me, it's not staining the carpet, all my fluid levels are topped off... This only happend when it was raining by the way, under normal conditions it doesn't do this.

So were you running your A/C beffore or while it was raining?
There is no way to get hot water, unless it is coolant and it will be oily and smell sweet.
I am wondering if you are leaking water from around the windshield and somehow it is getting into the air system and then dripping down. That would be a long shot and it still wouldn't be hot.

Yeah I was running the AC at the time, that could very well be it... What would you suggest I do assuming it's the AC? I don't think it's coolant as it's not green and has no smell.

You have 2 drain pipes that go thru the floor coming out under the truck and draining down each side of the transmission. So crawl under the truck with a flash light and look for two puckered nipples, give them a good squeeze and they will be fine again.

Again, thanks for your great tech info, I'll do this the next time the truck is up on a lift or I'm under it.

Do it before then, you don't want to get alot of mold growing under you carpet.
