Just to make sure you aren't set for single door entry, if you press the unlock on the fob twice does every thing open?

If not, I guess it's time to look inside and see what's wrong. There are some clips that possible could break that connect the rods and buttons and stuff, but it seems that the latch and the actuator are one assembly... so you might have a pricey failure.
