Start problem V8

Default Start problem V8
My disco 1996 v8 struggle to start when i switch off and to start again takes about 10 cranks . battery is new .plug wires new. Spider out. Can someone help please?

Check engine light on when the vehicle is running? Is this an NAS Disco?

Yep, if it's not then we're dealing with a 3.9 motor and not a 4.0, two different animals.
