How are Freelanders in Snow??

I got my Freelander in Aug and we have yet to get snow, how do they perfrom in snow? I have a Jeep Wrangler and it goes well in snow but I am use to actually putting it in 4wd, unlike the Freelander that is AWD.

Should behave pretty well, as you probably know Freelanders spend most of the time mainly sending power to the front wheels (no bad thing in snow) but only when traction is an issue does more drive go to the rear. Like any car in the snow though, the most important thing is Tyre choice.

I live in Texas and don't exactly know what snow is.

Tires are the magic word, the Freelander will do just fine in the snow as long as you have a good set of tires, probably do pretty well with just some so so tire also.
