Need help troubleshooting

Hello everyone, I just acquired a 2005 Freelander SE with 85k miles for Free.
This thing has got issues but I'm determined to get it running.
If you have any knowledge to share I'd would be so grateful for your help to get it running right.

Currently, it's running rough not at full power, its got misfires going on despite the fact all the ignition coils and spark plugs have been replaced.

Here are the codes pulled from Autozone:
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected.
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected.
P0313 Misfire detected with low fuel.
P0171 System too lean (Bank 1).
P1472 Variable inlet manifold motor 2. Short circuit to ground.
P1477 Variable inlet manifold motor 2. Short circuit to ground / open circuit.
P1300 Catalyst damaging misfire multiple cylinders Drive cycle C: Signal out of range.
P0442 Evaporative Emission system leak detected (small leak).

It's challenging to know where to even begin troubleshooting this thing.
Especially after the coils and plugs being new and the problem persisting.
Please help and thank you in advance.

I don't know if you're still working on it, but I would check your VIS motors, they can cause all sorts of issues when they fail (iirc codes P1472 and P1477 are both related to them). While you have the further forward VIS motor out, check and make sure the butterfly valve is secure as that will also throw all sorts of random codes.
Best of luck to you! Freelanders are a rare breed these days and only the brave try to keep them running.

Check fuel pressure.
