Tailgate and central lock problem
 

Good day everyone.
I have problems with my freelander 1.
Tail gate and central lock stuck.
Q. 1: does this 2 things work to gather?
My key does open only driver door even you swing twice.
My remote doesn't do anything at all on the car.
The central lock button at the dashboard does beep 4 times when you press it but doesn't open any door.
Q. 2: anyone with idea on what could be wrong?
