i don't have very much info right now, but recall for
front diff is planed in about 30 days
DON'T call you dealership right now
this is inside infomation and thay will NOT
know about this yet.

just purchased a 2004 RR HSE with 45500 miles, and read about that front diff problem, I hope it happens soon

I picked up my 04 RR not too long agoeither. I was going to fork out $4K for the extanded warranty, but I'll wait for the recall first if it's really going to happen.

You may want to get that extended warranty anyway, there's plenty else that can go wrong with these vehicles.

the 24th is the day the notices go out in the mail to the customers.
it will be a stagered recall (not everyone at once).
and get this land rover will refund you the money if you
bought a diff and had it installed out of warrenty.
instuctions on how to do this will be on the mailing,

So I'm guessing LRwill get a list of 03-05 RR registeredowners from the DMV? SO how does that work?

recall has been pushed back a month or two. its comming though, no worries
